A study on the job maintenance for the worker with mental disorder

Abstract

|
This study has the purpose of presenting rehabilitation service for improving the duration of job maintenance for the worker with mental disorders. Examined what relevant to the duration of job maintenance for the worker with mental disorders and job satisfaction, self-esteem, the will of employment, job adaptation skill, satisfaction of work environment. Here we reveal the results from this study, First, It does not related self-esteem, the will of employment, satisfaction of work environment, job satisfaction and the duration of job maintenance, but job adaptation skill is important affect factors . And the result on study is required institutional mechanism lead to long term through more than 25 months compared to less than 24 months. Second, satisfaction of work environment for the worker with mental disorder is an important variable for job satisfaction and job adaptation ability. And self-esteem is a key variable for the job adaptation skill. Therefore, the development of various programs support to the job maintenance should be make because job adaptation skill is related to self-esteem, and satisfaction of work environment is related to the duration of job maintenance for the worker with mental disorders.
